Drop-off Locations for Timesheets
Mentor Timesheets can be dropped off at the following three (3) locations:
- New Friendship Faith Center, 912 East Cota Street
- Project Excel Office (is in the rear of main building) - UC Santa Barbara, South Hall (4th floor) -
Center for Black Studies (Mailbox for Dr. Julie Carlson) - Santa Barbara City College, Student Services -
Transfer Achievement Program (Attn: Francisco Dorame)
Mentor and Tutor Timesheets
The new Mentor/Tutor timesheets are available below. The new sheets are in Adobe (pdf) format and can easily be downloaded and printed. If you want timesheets for all months of a school year (ie. 2009-10) the top row "All 2009-10 (# of pages)". To print sheets for individual months open the file then select the range of pages for that month only. Note: The bi-weekly periods may overlap to more than just one month so you may need to print 2-3 pages per month. If you have any questions call or email the office at (805) 617-4588.
